Green Marketplace asks for as little as possible. This notice explains which browser capabilities the site may request, what information is processed when you shop here, how long it is kept, and how to change your mind.
Browser permission and privacy consent are two separate things. Your browser controls technical access to capabilities such as the camera or location — you grant or refuse that in the browser itself. This notice explains what we would do with anything you allow.

If we ever add a feature that needs one of these permissions, we will follow the rules below. We will never ask for permissions when the page simply loads.
- Ask only at the moment you start the action that needs it.
- Explain the immediate benefit before the browser prompt appears.
- Request the minimum access needed, for the shortest time needed.
- Offer a way to continue without it wherever that is practical.
Example — how we would ask
What information is processed
Even with no browser permissions granted, using the store processes the following:
- Cart contents — the products and quantities you add, held in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are not sent to us until you place an order.
- Order details — the name, email address, phone number, delivery address and any notes you type at checkout, together with the items ordered. Submitted only when you press "Complete order", so that we can prepare the order and contact you about it.
- No payment data — this store takes no online payment. We never ask for, receive or store card or bank details. You pay in cash or by transfer on delivery or pickup.
- Analytics — only if you allow it. No analytics script is loaded until you agree.
If you do, Google Analytics (measurement ID
G-E9HZLQC0WF) collects pseudonymous usage data: pages viewed, approximate region derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you reached the site. It is not used to identify you personally. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, the script is never loaded and nothing is measured.
We will not use this information for unrelated purposes without asking you separately.
Storage, sharing and retention
- Storage — your cart stays in your browser on your device. Orders are stored in our database on our own server. Analytics data is held by Google on Google's servers.
- Sharing — order details are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. Google acts as our analytics provider for the usage data described above.
- Retention — the cart lasts until you empty it, place the order, or clear your browser's site data. Orders are kept for as long as needed to fulfil them and to meet record-keeping obligations. Analytics data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
- Security — the site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS enabled, so traffic between you and the store is encrypted. Administrative access is restricted to named accounts.
Your choices
Granting anything here is optional. You can:
- Give or withdraw analytics consent at any time using the form below. Analytics is off until you switch it on, and withdrawing consent unloads the tag immediately.
- Clear your cart at any time by removing its items, or by clearing site data in your browser.
- Deny or revoke browser permissions at any time in your browser's settings, for this site alone or for every site. Since we currently request none, there is nothing to revoke today.
- Withdraw consent or ask about your data by writing to hello@green-market-place.pro.
Your choice is saved on this device only, in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data resets it and you will be asked again.
